Pre-sales Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to analyze clients’ business requirements, especially related to warehouse operations and on-site workflows.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, present software features, and provide tailored solution consultations to potential clients.
  • Design suitable solutions including warehouse layout, inbound/outbound workflows, and system configuration aligned with customer needs.
  • Work with the technical and product teams to prepare quotations, technical documentation, feature lists, and implementation plans.
  • Translate customer pain points into clear technical requirements for internal teams.
  • Support Sales during proposal preparation, RFP/RFQ responses, and technical presentations.
  • Participate in client meetings, collect feedback, and refine proposed solutions.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new features, technologies, and industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS

  • College/university degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, system implementation, or warehouse/logistics operations is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence in demoing software to clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to design workflows, layouts, and optimized processes.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering).
  • English (written and spoken) is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
