RESPONSIBILITIES
– Support the Sales & Business Development team with daily tasks throughout the sales process.
– Assist in preparing product/service profiles, proposals, and software solution documents.
– Learn and utilize AI tools/automation to improve documentation and internal workflows.
– Update sales pipelines, track data, and support weekly/monthly reporting.
– Coordinate with internal teams (Delivery, Marketing, HR…) for presales tasks and proposal preparation.
– Help schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes when required.
– Provide basic customer support: receive enquiries, transfer to the responsible team, and follow up.
– Perform other administrative tasks related to sales operations.
REQUIREMENTS
– College/university student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
– Interest in the IT/software industry and willingness to explore new tools, especially AI.
– Proactive, energetic, quick learner, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Good communication and data management skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
– English communication and writing skills are strong advantages.
– Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
