We are looking for Sales Manager to join our new projects in USA market. Your main responsibility will be:
• Develop a business plan and implement it, in coordination with other departments in the company, to operate effectively.
• Search and expand the business market for potential customers.
• Manage, care for old customers and expand new customers, direct sales.
• Promote the signing of contracts, bargaining negotiation, implementation of procedures for signing contracts with customers.
• Manage the progress and effectiveness of product deployment to customers.
• Planning to improve the quality of customer service and training professional sales staff.
• Summarize the monthly report on the business, ensure the turnover, sales monthly, quarterly, and year by the Board of Directors.
• Develop and advise the Board of Directors on sales policies and company development policies.
• Candidates should have knowledge and experience in personnel management and logistics.
• University graduate, 5+ years experience Sales, 2+ years experience IT.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have studied in the USA or lived in the USA for a while.
• Good Appearance.
• Candidate should have experience in B2B product business.
• Candidate with experience in software product business.
• Able to persuade and negotiate excellence in both English and Vietnamese.
• Be proactive and creative in your work; Enthusiastic and responsible.
• Knowledge of marketing and information technology is an advantage.
• Under pressure.
