Job description
- Implementing and guideline the implementation of human resources management software, policies for all employees
- Participate in the development and proposal of improvement in operation Human resource management software (define resources, structure, timekeeping, timesheet, performance review, and other functions)
- Collaborate with project team/BA/PO to find a solution, consult and develop the HRM software based on HR Dept requirement
- Supporting the C&B Operations
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Job requirements
- At least 3 years working experience in relevant position, especially prefers in IT company
- Experience working in change management, digital transformation organization structure
- Good knowledge of IT industry
- Good command in using MS. Office software
- Good verbal & written English
- Excellent numerical skills and logical thinking
