Job Description
- Design and develop AI agents capable of performing specific tasks autonomously.
- Implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms for decision-making, natural language understanding, and problem-solving.
- Integrate AI agents with existing systems, APIs, and data sources to ensure seamless functionality.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and real-time execution.
- Continuously train and fine-tune AI agents to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in AI and machine learning.
- Take on a key role in training and sharing AI knowledge internally to enhance the team’s overall capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI in all applications.
Job requirements
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in developing and deploying AI agents or autonomous systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++, with expertise in AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Knowledge of machine learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with frameworks for building AI agents, such as LangChain, OpenAI API, or DeepMind tools.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to new environments and challenges, and handle tasks effectively.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to drive and guide AI projects.
- Experience in organizing training sessions, workshops, and sharing knowledge to improve the performance of internal teams.
- Experience with APIs, RESTful services, and integration methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models.
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and considerations.
