Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team, specializing in Software Outsourcing Services. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence both in Vietnam and internationally.

You will be provided with a pre-qualified client database, offering a strong foundation to accelerate your sales efforts.

Job Requirements
  • Proactively identify and approach potential clients in the Software Outsourcing
  • Manage existing client accounts and leverage these relationships to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Propose tailored software solutions, prepare commercial proposals, and successfully close deals.
  • Prepare and manage bidding documents, project contracts (MAS, SLA), and acceptance documents.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; act as a strategic advisor.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Solutions, Delivery) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
