JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support daily HR and administrative operations, including document filing, contract preparation, and employee record management.
- Assist with the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Help track attendance, leaves, and other HR-related data.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
- Perform other HR or administrative duties as assigned by the HR Supervisor/Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome (internship experience in HR or administration is a plus).
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passionate about developing a long-term career in Human Resources.
