RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Account Managers in managing daily communication and coordination with clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and meeting materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and client solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, production, etc.) to ensure project deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, collect feedback, and support documentation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Account Manager or Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of marketing, advertising, or client servicing.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
