  • Actively hunt for and approach potential clients in the Software Outsourcing sector.
  • Manage existing client accounts and leverage them to generate new business opportunities.
  • Propose tailored solutions, prepare quotations, and successfully close deals.
  • Prepare bidding documents, project contracts (MAS, SLA), and project acceptance documents.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Solutions, Delivery) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry movements to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Job requirements

Job Requirements: 

  • At Least 3 years of experience in Business Development within the Software Outsourcing field.
  • Experience working in large domestic or multinational IT companies, especially in B2B markets, with direct experience working with foreign clients.
  • Familiarity with industries such as Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Security, Finance is preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals, particularly with foreign clients.
  • Skilled in preparing bidding documents, quotations, software project contracts (MAS, SLA), and acceptance documents.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to provide client-focused solutions.
  • Existing client database or strong customer network in the market is a strong advantage.
