Job Description
Workplace Support
• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile phones,
peripherals).
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workplace technologies.
• Support collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Teams) and troubleshoot user issues.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure timely updates in asset management systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for device repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
Procurement Support
• Assist in IT procurement activities including sourcing, quoting, and purchasing
hardware/software.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Track purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Support budgeting and cost tracking for IT purchases.
Process & Documentation
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, procurement transactions, and support tickets.
• Contribute to process improvements in workplace support and procurement workflows.
• Prepare reports on asset utilization, procurement status, and support metrics.
Job Requirements
• English proficiency.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or
related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in IT support and/or procurement operations.
• Familiarity with IT asset management tools and procurement systems.
• Basic understanding of workplace technologies and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Good documentation skills
