Job Description
• Involve and work with relevant parties to lead the software design for
changing or building new application.
• Monitor and maintain the availability and performance, issue, of applications
in line with agreed service levels (SLAs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as development, infrastructure,
architecture, etc. to enhance application systems and processes.
• Participate in project reviews and evaluations, ensuring alignment of
technology investments with the Enterprise Architecture Framework and the
bank’s strategic directions
• Monitor progress against project plans and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop small application, tool to support operation improvement.
Job Requirements
• English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related
field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Application Development, Application
Maintenance and Support, preferably in a banking environment.
• Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong experience in MS SQL, .NET framework, Angular, jQuery, JavaScript,
Webservice.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good documentation skills
