Senior Account Executive (Software Outsourcing)

Job description:
  • Develop, expand, and maintain close relationships with customers/ stakeholders to promote business 
  • Develop and implement account plans for strategic customers and partners
  • Manage, follow up with old customers, and build up a continuous opportunity pipeline. 
  • Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders to ensure customers’ success to maximize revenue 
  • Promote the signing of contracts, bargaining negotiation, and implementation of procedures for signing contracts with customers. 
  • Build up and effectively manage continuous opportunity pipeline to ensure stable business situation, report pipeline situation every week. Report sales activities timely and make necessary escalation when necessary.
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform 
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts
Job requirements:
  • At least 4 years experience in Account manager position with 2 years experience in Software Outsourcing industry
  • Excellent English skills, an overseas student from the US is a plus 
  • Experience as a Project manager or having knowledge of Technical IT 
  • Having experience with customer US market
  • Proactive and aggressive in archive sales target
  • Good problem- solving skill, negotiation skill, presentation skill
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence
  • Maintain company ethics code and standards of professionalism with highly honest characteristics. 
  • Ability to conduct business and operate at several levels within an organization and in varied cultural, and social settings. 
  • Highly organized with a multitask orientation.
