Human Resources Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support daily HR and administrative operations, including document filing, contract preparation, and employee record management.
  • Assist with the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help track attendance, leaves, and other HR-related data.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
  • Perform other HR or administrative duties as assigned by the HR Supervisor/Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (internship experience in HR or administration is a plus).
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passionate about developing a long-term career in Human Resources.

– Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Monday to Friday)
