Collaborate closely with the CEO/Project Manager to gather, clarify, and analyze project requirements and business goals.

Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and proactively follow up to ensure timely delivery.

Identify and escalate potential risks, blockers, or delays to ensure effective issue resolution.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep tasks aligned with deadlines and quality standards.

Prepare clear documentation, including requirement specs, user stories, and project-related reports.

Create simple wireframes, flowcharts, or diagrams to support better understanding of product features.

Provide regular project status updates and recommend solutions based on data insights.

Support project bidding processes, including preparing technical documents and demo materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator / Technical Project Coordinator in the software or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies; ability to adapt methodology based on project context.
- Basic coding knowledge (e.g., understanding of backend/frontend logic, APIs, databases); prior experience as a Software Developer or in a technical role is a strong advantage.
- Ability to understand system architecture and technical logic, and effectively translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Proven ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders.
- Familiar with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) is a strong advantage for requirement clarification and early validation.
- Technical background or hands-on experience in technology-driven products, especially AI-based solutions or HRM systems, is a significant plus.
