We are looking for an IT Helpdesk to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them, support to our internal users on all our IT services, namely network, system, messaging, unified communication, etc.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer, system, internal account to Innotech Employees.
- Prepare the IT Equipment (PC / Laptop/ Iphone/Ipad/…), install Windows / Office packages
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
- New graduate or fresher with 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Support or similar positions.
- University major related to bellow field: Information Technology, Networking, Software Engineering, Information System, related field.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal conversation.
- Willing to travel for onsite support.
