JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Plan, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support lead and revenue goals.
- Execute brand strategies to establish and strengthen the company’s presence in the Vietnam software outsourcing market.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data insights to refine and improve outcomes.
- Create and curate high-quality, market-relevant content tailored to the Vietnam audience.
- Oversee the company’s digital presence, including the website, social media channels, and other online platforms.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and search rankings in the Vietnam market.
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities, industry events, and webinars for company representatives to showcase expertise.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Brand Marketing or related marketing roles.
- Previous experience in the IT outsourcing industry or a strong passion for the IT sector (a plus)
- Proven ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Experience in SEO marketing with a focus on B2B market.
- Strong ability to identify and adapt to emerging market trends.
- Proven ability to apply AI tools and technologies to improve marketing efficiency, including content generation, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
