Business Analyst | Digital Lending

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients, business users, and key stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain business analysis artifacts, including BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Analyze, model, and optimize business processes to support business objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications for development teams.
  • Conduct Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis and recommend suitable solutions to address business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution validation, and deployment activities.
  • Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience in Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, and Documentation.
  • Hands-on experience creating BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, stakeholder management, and UAT support.
  • Ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and define business requirements.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Business-level English proficiency (B2+ or above), with the ability to communicate effectively and produce professional documentation in English.
  • Candidates with experience in Financial Services, Banking, Fintech, or related domains are highly preferred.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of financial services processes such as lending, payments, risk management, or other financial products is an advantage.
  • Experience working with SQL, APIs, BPMN, or UML.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are a plus.
